This programme may be for you:
- If you would like to explore your thoughts and feelings around a current or past situation or event
- If your past is holding you back
- If you have noticed your mood is frequently low
- If you feel stuck
- If you have lost pleasure in your activities
- If you regularly have negative thoughts about yourself
- If your sleep is disturbed due to what is on your mind
- If you consistently think about difficult past events
- If you have noticed you have been withdrawing from activities and people
- If you are dealing with loss
- If you would like to build your self-esteem
- If there is a relationship issue you'd like to talk about
In this 1:1 counselling programme you will undetake 8 sessions over 8 weeks covering;
- A full suitability assessment to determine the treatment plan
- Six weekly counselling sessions (further sessions can be added as needed)
- A Relapse prevention plan session
