1:1 Counselling

This programme may be for you:

  • If you would like to explore your thoughts and feelings around a current or past situation or event
  • If your past is holding you back
  • If you have noticed your mood is frequently low
  • If you feel stuck
  • If you have lost pleasure in your activities
  • If you regularly have negative thoughts about yourself
  • If your sleep is disturbed due to what is on your mind
  • If you consistently think about difficult past events
  • If you have noticed you have been withdrawing from activities and people
  • If you are dealing with loss
  • If you would like to build your self-esteem
  • If there is a relationship issue you'd like to talk about

In this 1:1 counselling programme you will undetake 8 sessions over 8 weeks covering;

  • A full suitability assessment to determine the treatment plan
  • Six weekly counselling sessions (further sessions can be added as needed)
  • A Relapse prevention plan session

Individual sessions 75 GBP per session
